How to join Brighton Linesmen Society

Now that you've had a look around the site, you may be wondering how to join? Can anyone join? What criteria do I have to fullfill? Well, have a look at this checklist, and if you can say yes to each of the questions, then all you have to do is send an email to me (via the contacts page), and we'll send you the days piece of text to illustrate. Of course, once you're a member, then YOU also have the opportunity to send everyone else a piece of text too! Just think, a thousand people all drawing to your whim!

Can You say yes to the following?
I have something to do with Brighton, (i.e. live there, work there, bear in mind that there's quite a few Brighton's in the world, we're not that fussy...)
I play an acoustic musical instrument, (i.e. a guitar, harmonica, violin etc)
I'm a fan of Olde Time American music, dating from the early to mid 1800's
I do pen and ink line drawings.

If you can confidently say "yes" to all of these, then just get in touch, and you too, could soon be exhibiting with the Brighton Linesmen Society. Please note, that although it's called "Linesmen" that's purely for historical reasons, and anyone can join, male, female, Alan male etc. If you fall short on one of the criteria, then don't worry too much, we can always waiver certain characteristics, after all we're a pen and ink society, not a folk music group...
