To find a illustrator I use Sylvie Poggio Artists and Illustrators Agency. They put me through to the brilliant UK illustrator Rory Walker who I’ve been working with a lot recently. Rory takes briefs usually by email and emails back with his stunning illustrations.

Jo, just wanted to say how good I think the artwork is! Both artists seem to have really got into their stride in this book.
I don't know what Rory's roughs were like this time round, but his artwork's superb. The poor old crew's faces and body language are particularly expressive on pages 16, 21 and 22.
